2025 Air Hockey World Championships – Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that my participation, or the participation of a minor under my care, in this professional sporting event is voluntary. I understand that air hockey is a competitive sport with inherent risks, including potential injury. I agree not to hold Margaritaville Lake Resort, the United States Air Hockey Association (USAA), Centerline Pro Air Hockey, Mako Awards, GFX Wraps, or any other sponsors, affiliates, or event organizers liable for any injuries sustained during the event or for any loss or damage to personal property.

I agree to comply with all USAA rules and regulations, event policies established by Centerline Pro Air Hockey, and all venue policies set by Margaritaville Lake Resort. I understand that any violation of these rules or policies may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the event and forfeiture of any prizes or awards earned. Additionally, I acknowledge that if I voluntarily withdraw from any event for which I am registered, I am not entitled to a refund of my entry fee(s).

I further acknowledge that the event may be live-streamed, photographed, or recorded for use in professional air hockey productions, promotional materials, and broadcasts. I consent to being filmed and understand that my likeness may be used in event-related content without financial compensation.

By participating in the 2025 Air Hockey World Championships, I accept these terms and conditions.
